I now have 8 years hairdressing experience having trained at Tony Wrights (Banff) where I learnt my skills through a range of in house training programmes.
I moved over to Freestyle and further trained in house for my level 3.
As part of my ongoing training I attended a colour course in London.
Hair ups and colouring are my favourite.
I started hairdressing as a Saturday girl for local character Hughie Urquhart in the ladies salon, then went on at 16 to serve my apprenticeship with Tony Wright , leading into starting my own business at the age of 21.
I keep my self up to date by attending cutting/ colouring courses & seminars on a regular basis.
As a qualified assessor I have trained many girls at freestyle who have all started their own business or gone onto Rent a chair .
I now have 15 years hairdressing experience, working mainly as a colour technician with tigi and fudge colours,
Bridal and hair up are my fav!
I trained in halo hair extensions, I really enjoy keeping up with new trends and styles, as well as still using traditional classic cuts, techniques
